The Hotel Palcát is located close to the Old Town of Tábor, half-way between Linz and Prague on the E55 road. It offers free Wi-fi in all rooms. I suppose it's the only hotel there so the hotel can charge what it wants.

Situated by the river of Lužnice and a 10- minute walk from the historical town center of Tábor, Romantik hotel Eleonora offers en-suite rooms, a bar, a terrace, as well as a garden with river and... Firstly the location is stunning, and the building is very attractive and fits well in its surroundings. Immediately we felt at peace with the sound of birds and the running water. The staff, particularly John, were very helpful and accommodating. We had a young toddler with us and they were very understanding which we are incredibly grateful for. The hotel has a very relaxed, comfortable vibe. I loved the decorations and layout. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms perfectly sized. The outdoor spaces were beautiful and the patio area near our room was perfect for us.

The hotel is in a prime location, right in the city center. The woman at the reception was really kind and helpful. They have a restaurant next to the hotel and a supermarket. Breakfast is good. The twin room was great with a tv, fridge, dryer, clean towels and lining. Sparkling clean. Recommended!

Girls were fabulous too. Would not hesitate to stay again.
