It must be the first time I've given a 10/10 for a Holiday Inn! We've stayed at many, but this one at Quito Airport must be one of the nicest, newest and most well-priced one we've been. The brand new hotel has really spacious, slick rooms with extremely comfortable beds. We'd checked in after two weeks of traveling around Ecuador, including being in the sun too much in the Galapagos Islands, so we warmly welcomed this comfort. My daughter asked why we didn't stay here the entire time we were in Ecuador. :D That was hilarious!

Fin udsigt til bjergene fra værelset.

Santiago one of the Managers was amazing, he organized a private taxi/guide called Dario to take us into Quito old town to stay with us while we visited some tourist sites. and then waited while we had a meal at PIMMS (also to be recommended) We were 3 ladies staying in a 2 person suite, (for an additional fee). The sofa bed was comfortable, and the suite had 2 bathrooms. Dario the guide was so good we hired him for a second trip. Fab breakfast, good bartender. Santiago was most attentive, and made us feel very safe and cared for. The service was exemplary at this Hotel, we considered staying at a more expensive hotel in the old town, but the convenience to the airport and the ability to book a car and driver made this a much better choice.

The owner and staff are so friendly and kind and there’s a swimming pool and steam room. The food is tasty and very generous. It’s really perfect for a stay that’s near the airport but not too close.

This hotel certainly has quirky architecture but is a beautiful place to stay surrounded by beautiful nature. You can choose to do the actives such as horseback riding, learning about the hotel's history, ping pong, hiking, or spending your time relaxing and taking in the views. The food and service were both excellent. The wifi was fast and reliabile. Tip, make sure to reserve your time slot for the jacuzzi.

It was a lovely bird-friendly hacienda that let me check in after I arrived at 6 am in Quito. They arranged an airport pick up for me, fed me breakfast at no charge while I watched hummingbirds and Southern Yellow Grossbeaks at the feeders. There were short trails and outdoor sitting areas. It was a great way to adjust to the altitude and enjoy myself for a day before heading to the rainforest. The room was lovely. A beautiful spot on the edge of a ravine. I saw lots of birds and enjoyed the scenery.
