The staff were kind, helpful and professional, the room exceeded my expectations (its size, comfort and cleanliness); breakfast was fresh and with plenty fruit which I particularly loved; and although the hotel these days had many guests (which showed during the breakfast) I never heard any noise. The central location of the hotel made it easy for me to reach not only the typical tourist sites, but also the place of business and most importantly the train station (which was wonderful as I did not have to wake awfully early to reach the station for the train back to Paris airport). Had the weather been better I am sure I would have fully enjoyed the adjoining terrace (quite large). Also, the wifi access is stable and fast and it is a great asset if you are travelling for business as well as pleasure.

Mercure Arras Centre Gare is situated opposite Arras Train Station and walking distance from the historic centre. Always a fantastic stay at Mercure Arras - I always stay here when travelling to and from the UK. Very comfortable, quiet despite being close to the city centre, always find a space in the parking, Restaurant and all the staff are also great. Very clean and the beds are very comfortable!

Hotel De L'univers is located a short walk from the Grand Place in the historic town of Arras. Guests can enjoy the hotel’s gourmet restaurant and relax in the bar. The hotel was very well situated with parking right outside reception. Staff were very helpful and even offered to move my Mum's room, which was originally on the second floor and very very hot.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The restaurant at the facility was great! Everyone was very professional and helpful. I stayed 2 weeks and I enjoyed it.. I was worried about the language issue, but there is always someone from the staff willing to help out. The manager was super nice and made sure to introduce himself and make you feel welcome.

Offering a restaurant, Hôtel de la Paix is located in Bapaume, 21 km from Arras and the Canadian Memorial of Vimy. Simply perfect. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The room is very new and comfortable. Loved both dinner and breakfast.
