We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at Sneaton Castle. The room was spacious and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and well appointed. Everything was well maintained. The attention to detail was very good. The breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. We dined at the restaurant one evening and the food was first rate. Great chefs here. They even created a special birthday cake which was the best we have had period. I could not fault Sneaton Castle in any way.

It appears to have been recently updated—tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. The breakfast includes lovely cooked options including fish and smoked salmon! The staff are pleasant and helpful. Paul and his wife, the hosts, are very gracious and fun to talk to with great recommendations for what to see, do, and eat in the area. Paul has a small, well-stocked bar in the lounge which is very convenient and nice for visiting with the other guests.
