Ceria transports you to a bygone era and has managed to preserve the magic of this historic building beautifully with so much attention to detail. Art deco & mid-century modern lovers will have a blast here. The staff is the friendliest and most attentive, always ready to assist and make you feel welcome. We also very much enjoyed the delicious a la carte breakfast. I can’t recommend Ceria enough. If you’re looking for a unique and relaxed place that’s close to the city centre, look no further. Will hopefully be back one day.

Overall, my experience at this hotel was quite satisfactory. Firstly, I found the location of the hotel to be convenient, situated in the Pakuwon Indah area of Surabaya. It was close to several business establishments and shopping centers, which made it easy for me to navigate the area during my stay. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the hotel staff, who provided efficient check-in service. The lobby area was spacious and well-designed, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, providing all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The complimentary bath bomb provided for my bath tub experience on the first night was a thoughtful touch and added an extra level of relaxation to my evening. The bed was cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of meetings. I appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi access, which allowed me to stay connected and productive during my stay. In terms of dining options, the hotel offered a selection of restaurants and bars serving a range of cuisines. I had the opportunity to sample some of the local dishes at the hotel's restaurant and I was impressed by the quality and variety of the menu.
