Very comfortable with a nice bed, bathroom, etc. Our hostess was great and attentive to everyone's needs. The reef right out in front has some fantastic coral. Our excursions were great and so many snorkeling and dive spots nearby. This area is a great value. They do a super job keeping the grounds clean and tidy. The food was good. I would come here again for sure.

The best and kindest homestay i have ever been! This homestay is unique in many forms: the owner Steven contacted me a few days before my arrival to answer all my questions, which was a solo female traveller very helpful. He organised me a taxi and boat from Manado to come to Bunaken and back. Through this i could catch directly my flight. Steven and Misi were always helping me with any situation coming up and I had the feeling I could always ask them anything (i had a difficult situation in the middle). The prices were always transparent and fair. They also helped me to find a very good diving school and helped me planning my snorkeling trips (they have a lot of contacts). Both are very kind, warm and open. They even invited me to celebrate New Years Eve with them and their friends. On my last night we had a small farewell party to which Steven invited some friends over to play music! The room is very clean and comfortable. In the whole house I always had perfect and fast Wifi (didn't expect it on an Island:)). The room had a fan and as an add-on AC. The food is cooked fresh, delicious and a lot. Dietary requests are taken serious (as for me i dont like fish and love Tempeh :)). I also rented a Scooter from them which had a very high quality! I am super happy and grateful I stayed at El Homestay and I am already planning to come back:). I honestly fell in love with this family. If you want to have homestay which feels like home and get to know the village of Bunaken and the culture you should definetely stay at El Homestay!

Blue Shark Divers Bunaken se găsește în Bunaken și are cazare cu aer condiționat, WiFi gratuit și terasă. Oaspeții de la această gazdă au acces la un balcon. Such a great experience. The lodge is located very close to the beach where the boat drops you off. The rooms are very comfy and have AC. Be prepared for a bucket shower! Dion is very friendly and helpful, the diving is very good value and the crew are kind and very good at their jobs. The best part for us was the food!! All three meals are included and the home cooking is really incredible and delicious, they should.open a restaurant! We miss it already Overall we highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again

Sunset Guest House & Bar se află pe malul mării în Bunaken și are un bar și o zonă de plajă privată. Exceptionally warm family with outstanding local food. Great location on the beach just next to the dive shop.

They really make you feel like home. The food is also great. Only 1 minute walk from the beach. The island is also great and the diving is very good. I planned to stay one week and ended up staying 3 weeks

Very nice resort, very warm staff, thanks Ana, Frenkie, Lya, and others staffs’ warm hospitality !exquisite food, well maintained facilities, very clean, clean the room twice a day, has mineral water , we bought an extra one from mainland but no need, stunning view. hope can come back again in the dry season

Offering an accommodation with a dive centre, Happy Gecko Dive Resort is located on Bunaken Island in North Sulawesi, just steps from the island’s world-famous beaches and diving sites. Snorkeling on the dive boat was excellent. Felt I was being looked out for. Two different locations each morning. Great dive crew. Bed in the cabin was comfortable.

We understand why guests are often coming back, the place and the hosts are unique. We could only stay for 2 nights, be sure next time we will stay a whole week!
