Hótel Vellir is a 3-star property situated on the outskirts of the capital city and only 36 km from the airport. So close to the airport , our flight was very early. They left our breakfast in a goody bag with our room number .loved that! Beds are so comfortable.

Located in the coastal town of Mosfellsbaer, this hotel is just off Iceland’s scenic Ring Road. Central Reykjavik is 10 minutes’ drive away. Both Wi-Fi and on-site private parking are free. Very nice and cozy hotel, with bar and good breakfast

This Viking-themed hotel is located at the harbour in the seaside town of Hafnarfjordur. Humpback whales can sometimes be spotted in the harbour during winter. The food in the restaurant is awesome

A very neat room, clean and comfortable, the room has everything you need, from a gas grill to candles. Very friendly host and always ready to help.

Lovely area centrally located to shops, restsurants and alk your needs while staying around Reykjavik. The apartment had modern decor, including ultra comfy bed. Peace and quiet. Plenty of parking, lovely owners. Totally hidden gem. Highly recommend.
