The view from the beach is spectacular and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The bedroom has a very good size and very clean as well. Very good food options during lunch and dinner.

An adult-only hotel (as from 15 years), Hotel Chalet Chamarel is perched on the ridges of Chamarel mountain with exceptional panoramic views of the west coast on one side and breathtaking views of the... I really liked the place itself and the enchanting view through the terrace of the cottage, and the restaurant is very cozy with such a view of the bay of Le Morne and the mountain. The reception and care of the staff is special for every visitor. It is definitely an enchanting place

It was cosy, comfy bed, great AC and fridge. I was happy about the mosquito net, but we did not need to use it because the electrical repellant worked perfectly. Breakfast was excellent and we were also satisfied with the dinner. The live music in the evening was great. The staff were very friendly. The hotel is on a great location, the sunsets from the beach are beautiful. The roof pool and the main pool are great. We used the bus to go to Flic en Flac beach. A local told us the could go across the river to the Flic en Flac beach but we were not sure. We would come back to the hotel.

Tamarina Golf and Spa Boutique Hotel is the gateway to a thousand other destinations, to discovering Mauritius’ culture and landscapes in all of their beauty and majesty... All the meals were healthy with lots of choice and well cooked and presented. The staff were amazing, welcoming, charming and with lots of smiles and attention. We were thoroughly spoilt. It was just what we needed, peaceful and very well run. The beach is amazing, a well kept secret, a curved bay with shallow clean sand, none of the dreaded prickly anemones and with breakers gently rolling in and providing safe swimming for everyone. The spa was good. The shuttle service to the golf course worked well and we played golf 4 times on the long and interesting course. We will return as soon as we can. We enjoyed the various entertainments during dinner, especially the 3 piece band with sax, guitar and string bass.
