A little bit far from the restaurants without a car but still manageable in holidays

The ac wasn't working and there's no shower curtain so the bathroom got very wet after every shower.

Incredible sea view, great location close to the public beach and the area is peaceful with good surrounding restaurants. Very friendly and helpful owners and staff.

Great location, away from the busy streets of Saranda. The hotel was tranquil, with beautiful views of the sea. Close enough to a few beaches, and walking distance to Saranda town (about 30-35 mins). Breakfast had plenty of options, which I enjoyed on the veranda each morning. At night, the hotel also serves as a restaurant, which I did not try, but looked very good! 3 minute walk to supermarkets and other restaurants in the area. Also convenient for buses to Ksamil/Butrint or into Saranda.

the location is far from the city centre so you havr to take a taxi or bus to get to the centre but there is a beach near the hotel where you can enjoy the sea

The bathroom is designed strange - shower kabin directly in front of the toilet, the additional bed was not very comfortable

We had a beautiful room with a sea view. The staff was very warm and helped us in every way they could to make our stay very comfortable. Highly recommended! Just one thing to note, the hotel is a 6-7 minute drive from Saranda boulevard, but taxis are always available hence commute will not be an issue.

The location is hard if you don't have a car ... there is a bus Evey hour (always crowded..taxis were not easy for us so we are left with limited restaurant/bars options

- Room was very small - Shower room is too small that I kept touching the shower curtain - the bed was not very comfortable - All the above are acceptable because you get what you paid for. It’s really good price in such a busy place during high season.

- Friendly staffs - nice sea view - good value - good breakfast in an exceptionally beautiful outdoor area with sea view.

Aircondition was not working..

The room had a beautiful view but unfortunately the airconditioning wasnot working..the staff was kind enough to upgrade us to another hotel nearby HOTEL HARMONY which had bigger and better room and facilites...

Lots of unfinished construction around, wires laid chaotically in the air, not underground (when you want to take pictures, it is awful), which is typical for the whole Albania, not just this city and hotel.

The location is closer to Ksamil. It is beneficial when you think of a few trips to Ksamil by car - no need to move through the whole city. The staff is responsive and speaks good English. The hotel has its car park which is aside from the street and roads, no fuss to get your car parked safely.

It is one of the best hotels I stayed in. Everything is wonderful, the room is clean and spacious, the view from the balcony is priceless(see the picture).The staff are very friendly, the lady in the reception was very nice and friendly. The staff are wonderful. The breakfast is generous with very delicious traditional Albanian sweets freshly fried. I can't describe how beautiful and amazing my stay was. I will come back definitely again. Big hug from Germany
