QatarStaff was a surprise for me, It felt like everyone was a zombie there and noone smiled. There was only one guy at reception and took us 15 minutes to wait for our turn. He did not greet us, just processed, did not inform about facilities etc. Just informed about the breakfast. Breakfast staff did not greet either, no smiles, breakfast bread items were bad and not fresh. variety was Ok, but even on feedback the staff did not react to reply. Only the reception lady on the next day smiled when i cracked a job. Otherwise everyone was weird. Despite of stressing on cleanliness, the bedsheets were having hair, also strain on blanket. Toiletries were missing shaving and oral brushing items, only bad quality body wash, shampoo and lotion was there in bathroom. Being in muslim country, there was no Qibla pointer sticker on the ceiling, no prayer mat in the room. There was not even bathroom sleepers in any room. Only one clothes hanger in the wardrobe for a family of 4. Hotel was not impressive overall and next time i shall look for better options. Hotel management should train staff to be smiling, greeting and responding and that brings good experience to visitors especially reception staff and breakfast staff. Having a dead look and expressions gives a bad overall impression.
Spacious apartment with big kitchen, big rooms and big living room. Gym was good although no assistant to help operate the treadmills that did not work. Also room key did not open the gym. Swimming pool on rooftop was small but good. There was pool table and table tennis as well that required to go down the reception to get the rackets etc. Parking was good with plenty of empty parking spaces. Location was a big plus with many malls and eating places near by. Manama is small so everything is quite nearby in anyways.

Saudi ArabiaThe lighting of the room could be better as it was so complicated to find my clothes from the wardrobe. The sanitary appliances were mostly broken. The lamps and drawers were also broken.
The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. The hotel had an awesome city view from the balcony. The location of the hotel was near to some beaches and restaurants. The rooms we were very spacious and comfortable.

On the day of check in they again charged the same exact amount once more from my card telling me money will refunded upon check out . Up on check out now they are telling me money will be refunded after 2 weeks. So basically paid two times of my actual cost to the hotel for nothing . First time experiance for me.
