We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandThe hotel offered to organize the taxi transfer from the airport for a fee and gave me the driver's telefone number, but nobody was around at arrival and when calling the driver, he told me that he had never been informed about the transfer. We ended up taking a regular taxi. Staff at reception is not very friendly or helpful. WiFi in room very bad.
Location is fine, if one doesn't mind some walking. Half an hour to the town center, fifteen minutes to the Fish Fry restaurants. Room size was fine (but just one bedlamp for two beds). Shower functioned well. Free drinks (Rum Punch) between 6-9pm around the swimming-pool (which we never used). Only breakfast is provided (which we never had), but no lunch and dinner. Price is reasonable for the Bahamas.

BahamasI was supposedly upgraded to a better room than my assigned room, yet the stovetop was missing meaning i had to request a portable stove from the front desk and the toilet would make a very loud noise a little after I'd flush. Parking was also a bit of a Hassel on the inside.
It was a great place to stay. Bed was comfortable the room was quite comforting as well.

South AfricaAir con dropped onto my bed soaking the bed and I had to be moved into a new room late at night. The staff were very helpful with the situation. When I got to the new room no toilet paper so I had to use the bathroom in the first room I was checked into, I was back and forth between two rooms. This was inconvenient. Otherwise I always enjoy my stay at the Colony Suites.

NetherlandsHowever, there were some drawbacks. Despite arriving at 3 pm, I had to wait 35 minutes for my room to be ready. The daily mopping left the floor sticky, and the bathroom had a dated, old-fashioned feel. The breakfast, priced at an economical $8.5, was average and could benefit from croissants for enhancement. The pool also could be cleaner. Overall, the warm hospitality and ambiance made for a pleasant stay, but improvements in room readiness, cleanliness, and breakfast options could elevate the experience
I recently stayed at Colony Club Inn and Suites and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, Naomi, a wonderful lady at the reception, stood out with her positivity, warm nature, and willingness to help, always accompanied by a smile. The spacious room with decent amenities created a relaxing Bahamas-ian vibe.
