We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThe bathroom was a long way from my room. It would have been nice to have a second pillow. A rather tired and tatty hotel. The ‘included’ breakfast was very minimal. Bread and jam. One of the more expensive hotels on my 15 night tour of Europe, but I wouldn’t consider it good value for money. Sorry.
The Evening meal was good. I was able to park my motorcycle in the garage securely. thanks

SloveniaVery very old hotel, smelly and in extreme need of renovation. Breakfast is 1.5/10 - you get old bread with jam, and some orange juice- thats it. Theres 1 guy working, doesnt really have a schedule - works for an hour then dissapears..
Very nice, calm location. A cosy terrace and surrounded by fields and mountains.
