The location of the property is excellent and the views from the balcony spectacular on a clear day. The host was extremely attentive and professional and we felt being cared for. The property itself is easily accessible, very spatious, clean & comfortable. Perfect for a family stay.

The view of the Matterhorn from the balcony was amazing! The owners were super friendly and helpful! The advise Stefan gave about the sunrise was just 🤌🤌 the apartment is 2 min walk to the local grocery store, 5 min to the train station and the Gornergrat Train station. Restaurants are super close from here

The host was lovely and easy to contact. The room was small but spacious enough for two people so we didn't have any problems there. Very comfortable and a close walk to the restaurants/main strip. We did a couple of walks from the accompanying into the mountains which was awesome. Would stay here again.

Lovely place to stay, room was cosy and clean and fully equipped with everything you could need. Perfect central location and the most welcoming and helpful hosts. Highly recommend and we hope to stay again!

Although the property rules are detailed in writing, I think it would have been better is if I received a short video summarizing those & key location - just easier to digest for me. However, this did not impact the stay in any way, as mentioned Jane was always available to support via WhatsApp.

Jane was an amazing host! Kept communication with me throughout the booking process, recommended local restaurants and answered any questions I had. The studio is located on the ground floor (of which Jane advised ahead of the check in) which didn't impact our privacy in any way - there are windows blinds and not too many people walking around the property. The studio was exceptionally clean and very close to the main street and to the Gornergrat Bahn station. There is a small kitchenette which is great and honestly nothing more you would ever need for a week stay in Zermatt.

My stay at Haus Ascot was excellent. The apartment is centrally located and equipped with all modern conveniences. Communication with the host went without hassle and checking in was likewise easy and convenient. Highly recommended!

Normally i book hotels and here we have to throw the garbage which was not a big deal. Its just extra that you have to think before leaving.

The location is perfect! Its near the grocery, playground, bakery, lift/gondola and has the view of Matterhorn from your balcony! The apartment is modern, spacious, well thought decorated minimalist. Beds are comfortable and love the modern kitchen and you will feel at home as everything is working. Also the owner is fast in responding and was very friendly and answered all our questions. Definitely will be back when in Zermatt.

I love this apartment, very well maintained, clean close to everything. 8 minutes walk to zermatt main station. Beautiful view of Matterhorn. Jane is super great. I will definitely go back to stay there next time in zermatt. Kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook meal for family. Wifi was fast so 10 for just wifi. Jane was nice to give us few coupons to use also she was always available when needed.

There was a guideline with tasks that should be done before we check out, seems complicated at first but nothing significant.

Love the apartment, everything was clean and comfortable, and easy to get in touch with Jane (the host). It also had the best view of Matterhorn!

laundry facilities were shared so it meant some waiting time. kitchen countertop could be more spacious. otherwise it was a great stay!

great views on the top floor, centrally located and within a short walk from the supermarket and train station. nice modern furnishings. fondue equipment and other kitchen necessities were provided for a great experience. hosts were friendly and helpful.
