Everything was great!

The staff were all friendly from check in to check out and they made you feel welcome. Room was spacious with a beautiful view of Matterhorn. We took the apartment for 4 pax. It has 2 bathroom with toilet and even a bathtub thrown in! Pool with massage feature was top notch. This hotel provides massage services, too bad i didnt get to try it as i found out too late. Breakfast spread includes instant noodles! It has washing machine and dryer FOC which was really fantastic. All you need was to provide your own laundry detergent.

Few mins walk from train station. Room is clean, balcony view is gorgeous. Free laundry. Front desk is very helpful. Everything is great.

Nearby room had occupants that were smoking constantly, which blew into our room through open windows.

Door between rooms in the apartment allows for hearing all the noises from the adjacent room

The pool is fantastic and the numerous hidromassage options are excellent after a day on the slopes. Also superb is the cheese selection at breakfast. Good value for money also (for Zermatt standards)

The breakfast was amazing every morning, and the location was fantastic. A 5-minute walk from the train station after traveling a ton was awesome. The location was close to everything, yet barely a little away from the hustle and bustle which was lovely. There was a grocery store right up the road that was a great convenience for snacks. The hotel also had a happy hour during our stay where they treated guests to local wine/beer, and snacks.

A great Aparthotel with all the facilities and close to the train station. Had a good time in this hotel, everything was good, staffed explained all the details about the hotel and it's surroundings to help us out.

The hotel was great but we thought Zermatt was very disappointing as a ski destination. No cars but Not enough taxis, so we had to walk most of the time. We won’t be going back. Austria is far better.

Lovely large room for 3 adults. Very clean and comfortable. Fantastic breakfast and stunning views from the breakfast room. All the staff were friendly and polite.

The apartment was very nice and clean. Amenities were great. The rooms and bathrooms were huge. There was a concierge and the staff were very helpful with our questions. Check-in/check-out was a breeze, they had our room ready so we managed to check-in slightly earlier. Breakfast included was nice. The location is also great, near the train station and supermarket. Many dining options just further down the street.

Beautiful and modern self contained serviced apartment with 2 balconies (views) very comfortable and one of the best buffet breakfasts. Staff are helpful, accommodating and friendly. 5 mins walking from train station and walkable to everywhere plus grocery store 2 minutes walking again.

As we were given a second floor room, the bathroom window was glass and the bath area was visible from outside. So some window cover would be appreciated!

Room was clean & comfortable. Very spacious with a kitchenette. As we had to check out early on the last day, the receptionist arranged to have a breakfast set delivered to us the night before. Very welcoming gesture indeed!
