My room was next to the staff room were staff are in and out. The door banged everytime they use it. I was not able to have an afternoon nap after an early flight. I'm glad it's quite through out the night and was able to have a good sleep.

Extremely noisy intersection

Great location near the lake and train station, rooms were very clean and a good size. Steeve at reception was excellent—very friendly, informative and took time to show us the best places to go.

The price is not low but it matches well my requirements for a business stay.

My second time in this hotel because I find it a perfect match for my stay in Geneva. The location is excellent, just across the train station, 7 7-minute walk to the lake where I can go for a run. The selection for breakfast is excellent, the coffee is better than you usually get for hotel breakfasts and the wifi works well. The windows are stunning and I got a nice view, and the single room size was decent.

Being told after I asked for an additional bottle of water on arrival that household would provide a jug or something to that effect and being told, " I always drink the tap water and look I'm still standing". That was rude and unnecessary and there is a reason why I asked for the water as my daughter ( we were a family of 4 in 2 rooms) has a particular condition and so shouldn't drink tap water. Anyway, we got the water we needed as soon as we unpacked and stepped out. Anyway, it's the 2nd time we are using your hotel - we've used others in the past and likely to come back.

Rooms with carpets

Good hotel, well situated. The only downpoint is that the rooms are still old style with a carpet and I find carpets not hygienic. The rest is fine.

The smallness of the superior room was a big disappointment. We unfortunately had an exercise buff directly above us. I alerted the staff to this on day one and was told the person was departing that day. This proved not to be the case and we were again woken early the second day. Having to re-join the Wi-Fi every day is a pain in the neck and we have never had to do this before. The coffee out of the machines was not hot enough for me. If you like hot coffee ask for a pot.

staff weren’t very friendly and I supposed to get back my deposit which was 100CHF after my staying but in past 28 days and still I didn’t get it back, they said it’ll be refunded in 2 weeks. This is disappointing

As it's close to the main station, you may encounter some shady people hanging outside and it can get a bit uncomfortable if traveling with small kids or family - Location good from accessibility point of view, however, there are better and more premium locations you can stay in similar price point

For the price offered, the breakfast should be better. I believe the carpet was dusty, because I have rhinitis and I was affected. Unfortunately I couldn't play the piano, I am a piano student and I'd love to play.

Room and bathroom are big and comfortable. All staffs are kind and helpful, they speak french and english or whatever I asked them to speak. Location is the best, in front of the train station.

Perfect location. Tons of restaurants, stores in the area. 10 min from the airport by train. Transport card was provided by the hotel. Walking distance to the Lake Geneva and Old Town.

It was mentioned in Booking that there is AC in the room , but it was not working it was a heater not AC

The room could fairly basic and I would have liked it to have more a charm, especially since we had superior rooms.

The location was fantastic, especially if you want to hop on train to other places in switzerland. The beds were comfy. Room was clean and staff were super effecient and friendly.

My room had a great sized terrace, however it was right next to the ‘secret garden’ and I felt a little bit exposed when people were going out to smoke there. Maybe a little higher bushes or fence would do nicely for a bit more privacy.

The location is perfect- right in front of the main train station, so it’s accessible by all means of transport. Friendly staff and very clean conditions in the halls and the rooms. Wonderful comfy bed too!
