Hot water in the room took forever to heat up and wasn't really the hottest, Water pressure in Rarotonga isn't the greatest, this is something I've experienced in other accommodation's. Not a major at all and the only real issue I found during my stay.

The view from the room was excellent, allowed for peace and quite at all times. Sitting on the deck having a morning coffee and later on a cocktail was comfortable and peaceful. The staff were amazing, beyond what I've experienced elsewhere on the island. Food and drinks were provided in a very timely manner and the quality was again superior to anywhere else I've stayed before in Rarotonga.

For us the location is perfect. Good facilities, great breakfast, loved the drinks and canapés, restaurant gave us a great experience and a delicious dinner. We had a lovely holiday.

Hotel was a bit expensive, but that’s Rarotonga. We only ate lunch there once and we didn’t really like the food. Otherwise all good and we were sad to leave.

Located on a gorgeous beach on a calm lagoon, great for snorkeling and kayaking. Lovely friendly staff, they let us check in early. Restaurants and shops nearby. Excellent cold fridge and they filled up your ice bucket for you. Good internet.

Staff were all super helpful and lovely! Very quiet place so can guarantee a great nights sleep. Loved that they offered a free hot breakfast with the continental, these changed daily. Also was lucky enough to use the spa and have a very nice and relaxing massage!

Hot Breakfast needs more flavor. Lunch lacks variety. Staff forgot about our order, it took 35+ minutes to arrive. Staff at Restaurant is over friendly, nice to chat but briefly is better. When we arrived, our room had a lot of bugs on the ceiling, called staff who sprayed (this was at 1AM). Next day someone cleaned very well. No welcome drinks for us.

Sometimes the tiled floors would be slightly wet and you would just about slip over.

The staff were incredible. So happy, smiling and very hospitable. A cooked breakfast was available for free every morning. I think we got the best room at the hotel and we loved the peace and quite. I would honestly recommend this hotel to all my friends and family and we will definitely be back.

Loved the staff . Loved the property. We had been here before on a previous trip for lunch and dinner . To spoil ourselves we decided to stay here five nights . Fantastic exeded our expectations. Everything was perfect including food cocktails and brilliant service. Highly recommend.

Its our third stay and we love the place. however, the Pool is needing a little bit of attention now and perhaps a bit more investment to update the property.

There’s only 1 thing I can fault which is the breakfast. Unfortunately the cook or cooks cannot cook eggs and there isn’t a great variety but other than that the hotel is excellent

Location. The beach front and the lagoon are so beautiful. The friendly staff. A big thank you to Kat, Israel, Jen, Rowena, Michael and the lovely lady who made all my cocktails perfectly. All of those lovely people made our stay wonderful. The hotel was very clean, beds super comfortable and the cleaning staff did a good job. We particularly liked the free alcoholic drinks and snacks every day at 3pm. Lovely hotel. Highly recommend

Nothing really. Parts could do with a refurb, like the pool, but everything else was so good it really didn’t matter.

The location on the lagoon was perfect. The beds were super comfy and the staff were really lovely and looked after us so well. Food was delicious, cocktails were great. Nothing to complain about at all!

The location was absolutely perfect, right on the lagoon but the stunning pool was a favourite place to sunbathe. The staff were so friendly and attentive and the free daily cocktail with canapés was a lovely bonus touch.
