The swimming pool seemed a bit old-fashioned, not as clean as I would have liked. The staff at the adult pool bar weren’t very friendly.

The resort was isolated so you were restricted to eating on the resort which was very expensive.

The grounds were beautiful, you get a true Fijian feel at this resort. The food didn’t disappoint and the service was consistently great!

The Lady room service attendant who we requested for some towels while we were at the pools, she looked very much annoyed as we requested for towels. We were locals and hence the treatment supplied to us was not so much favorable as much as tourists were being treated much better with a bula smile and we were treated as back hand . I may never like to visit again as there is a lot of bias ness towards visitors in this resort .

Check-in a bit tricky, had to download app for booking details and wait for a msg to say room was ready although we were just sitting in lobby. Very noisy around large pool and in restaurants due to large numbers of children and loud music. Great that they cater to families but on fine days not enough room at adults only pool. Meals ok but food was often barely warm. Needed high tide to snorkel so you go out further to see best fish and some coral.

Nice room with views. Great friendly staff. Concierge service for drinks and canapes due to booking ocean view room was nice. Easy to go back to Sigatoka on local bus $2 each each way. Free wi-fi worked well in our room.

A hard copy map of resort for those of us unwilling to clog up phone with yet another app. A few more daily necessities on sale in shop would have been nice.

Only had breakfast once - dislike buffets first thing. Room was almost perfect. Very comfortable, good size and absolutely fantastic view - lagoon, sea and river inlet. Spent literally hours just looking at it.

Price of food in the restaurants was criminal. So expensive. The quality was very average. The resort is 80 minutes drive from the airport. Not much in the local area to do, therefore locked into eating at resort.

The staff are wonderful. Friendly, kind, caring, engaging. Awesome.

Overall, great resort. Like the adult only pool. Buffet breakfast was great. The IVI seafood restaurant was amazing. Great place to relax, unwind and enjoy. Outdoor activities are available onsite.

We tried to walk in to book the room and quoted an outrageous price with no other lower priced options offered. Booking thru the site was 50% less.

Grounds were impeccable. Room was excellent and staff was friendly.

We were taken aback at how many families and very loud children there were everywhere. Definitely a good spot for young families, not so much for couples wanting a relaxing stay. Food was adequate but left something to be desired for the price.

The facilities are top notch and the staff are super lovely. We especially liked the adults only pool and the ease of screensharing streaming from our devices on the room TV.

Just some little things - was disappointed that upon check-in, money was 'frozen'. It was much further out from Nadi than I expected (nearly 2 hour drive). Everything we needed had to be brought at the resort. There is nothing around that area. There were never enough loungers at the pool. Every time we went down there, we had to wait for someone to leave so we could get a seat.

Am amazing resort with everything you could possibly need. Staff were amazing, especially Josh, who was poolside. So many activities for all ages. It was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. My teenagers were not bored for a minute, they had a great time. Rooms were lovely and cleaned every day. Each restaurant was fantastic, with amazing food.

The breakfast not worth the value and also they don’t offer drinking package unless you purchase full onboard. We bought half board but we couldn’t purchase drinking package. The cocktails are $28 which is too expensive. Its cheaper to eat/drink outside in crows nest or Indiana

We loved the service/ vibe at the pools as it was so lively.

We were disappointed to find out that the staff do not get the tips written on the bills, and remains with the resort. Make sure to tip with $ not on the bill.

I didn’t like the fact that a lot of activities you had to pay for. I understand motorised sports but things like archery, golf range, cultural talks and activities, tennis tournaments, were all charged. Frog racing , crab racing these were all continually charged . I think with what was charged at resort these should have been included for sure

The property was beautiful, about 1.5 hours from Nadi, well maintained and spread out. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Beach in front of the resort is not really inviting. Snorkelling was possible (only at high tide), however, there is more seaweed than corals. But, further out there are some corals and loads of small tropical fish to see. We definitely had higher expectations (or hopes) regarding the snorkelling in front of the resort. No jetty nearby, so all trips start by a car/bus ride... There is a kids eat for free offer (which is nice), but not if you book through booking.com... well, and as I'm writting this review on booking... right, our kids did not eat for free... so rather check the resort website and book directly.

Beautiful resort with great, clean pool area for families. Great Spa. Good breakfast buffet. Staff was super nice - but I didn't see one place in Fiji where the people were not nice:) There are two really great restaurants (crab shak / beach bar and grill) just next to the resort (accessible via beach) - for some variation.
