Hard to secure bookings for the a-la-carte dining options (we couldn’t get a table for our first 2 nights, so went elsewhere, outside the hotel). Although it appeared that the hotel wasn’t maxing its capability in this regard, which is especially annoying if the hotel is nearly full. This is a common complaint it would seem. The hotel should consider increasing their a-la-carte dining to give all their guests the opportunity.

Great location. Huge site. Very photogenic in good weather. Great watersports center (for me this is very important, and after many visits to Mauritius, this was the best Ive ever encountered - since many of the highlights of Mauritius are related to the ocean, getting this aspect of the hotel so right is crucial in my opinion - well done, and keep it up!) Good a-la-carte dining options (if you can get a table)….

- We were not welcomed nicely at the gates, as the guard asked ten times if we were sure we had booked this hotel, probably we didn't look wealthy enough on our rental car after a whole day travelling :) But at the reception everything was nice and fine. And we got an apology later. - Some of the towels had stains

+ It has a cool beach and location + Big beautiful territory, nice looking everything + Tasty breakfast and great room service + Big car parking + Friendly and professional diving centre inside the hotel, I did 5 dives with them and was very satisfied.

We got room service one night and called to get our tray taken and no one came for it, so when we woke up in the morning there were lots and lots of ants everywhere. With the turn service, for two nights they tried to come at 9.30pm and 10pm when we were well and truly asleep. All the restaurants at the resort are good, there’s only two dinner slots 7&9 so if you don’t book you can’t eat there.

We enjoyed the turn down service every night, except for two.

The choice of food at breakfast was quite poor. There were strange dogs running around the hotel grounds, this happened daily, so apparently it's normal. From my point of view it is wrong.

Beautiful beach, garden and pools. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas both on the beach and by the pool.

We loved the all of the staff, the location with a long, sandy beach, our room and the many included water activities. The spa was great too. The hotel is beautiful, well-kept and has mulitple dining facilities on the property. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Instant coffee and powdered milk in the guest rooms. There should be coffee capsules and a coffee machine provided as the coffee is of a much better standard and the aluminium capsules are fully recyclable.

Excessively expensive food and drinks in resort, if not on an all-inclusive basis.

It is awkward that for half-board stay you need to even pay for water for dinner. Breakfast included sparkling wine though!

The mattress was not comfortable and probably a bit too old. The beach is beautiful but the continuous driving of boats, including speed watersports, at a short distance from the shore is quite disturbing and pollutes the water at the end of the day. I think that the hotel can't do much about that as they are probably external tours. It was very hard to find a place at the restaurants when trying to book a table.

Beautiful gardens and view on the waterfront. The Indian restaurant was very good. Beautiful beach despite the many boats. As we were traveling with a baby we were allowed to check out later. The personnel was also very helpful and kind.

I think they should provide hose of water in the toilet. As for restaurants, the menu need to be more varied and different selection.

The resort is very beautiful in terms of clean sandy beaches without rocks and blue sea water. The suite is spacious and the view is stunning. The bathroom is very spacious. The restaurants are varied and the best of all is the hospitality of the staff who do their best to make your stay especially enjoyable especially Veeshal, Sashi and Sehzad.
