The elevator didn't work and took them more than 3 days to fix it. There was only one elevator working for the whole hotel. The shops could have been better also the pools could have been better!? Housekeeping should be more hygienic and cleaner. There should be more electric plugs in the room. Also, the shower was a disappointment. Water pressure was low and some things need maintenance. The lighting of the room should be more studied! The lobby should have service!

The staff are beyond friendly!! We got upgraded to the suite with sea view. The overall facilities are nice and mostly the ladies private beach which they offer

I requested highest floor but they give me 2nd floor- which didn’t feel value for the room. Also rooms are very dusty.

Everything was awesome, the hotel lobby is astonishing, facilities incredible clean, loved the infinity pool (were you can stay until very late in the evening) and also loved the room lightning system; the food, both the breakfast and dinner buffet were almost haute cusine/fine dining, not to mention the food in the Pavilion restaurant. Also the food at the pool bar was very good with lovely staff. All the staff was very attentive and well trained. My son was very happy to discover that on the beach, at low tide, there were very deep tide pools where he found lots of marine creatures and live beautiful corals. You can feel only good vibes allover this place.

Rooms need to be modernized

The location, beach and food were perfect. Wi-fi was great on all territory. I would especially like to mention that buffet breakfasts and dinners were amazing. Staff was very helpful.

It might be time to renovate the rooms, especially bathrooms.

Despite being build in the 1980s, the hotel and especially the grounds are spectacular. One of the most beautiful infinity pools... Excellent service with super friendly personnel. Exceptional breakfast with a great variety of food.

The crows! The birds are a big problem, coming right up to tables and taking food and even eating the top of my husbands burger through the lid poolside. It was the only highly irritating thing about the property.

Pool not temperatured controlled. It was difficult to book dinner in restaurants while some were not full. The price of F&B in restaurants is very expensive (fine dining price) for regular quality

It was a faboulous place and well frequented by families - in fact I think that for a family stay it is better suited than for an intimate stay as a couple. in the evening though a more atmospheric quieter place for a couple

Staff at reception were excellent! We only had one night and they upgraded our room which was superb but they also ensured that we could meet all our needs in the short time we had available to enjoy the facilities in lss than one day left of the holiday.

The pillows on the sun beds were soaked in water and each time we sat down on them we would get totally wet. I was a bit disappointed by some staff (not all!) at the breakfast restaurant: it felt like asking for anything was bothering them. After 9:30am the breakfast buffet is left untidy and half empty.

The building is very iconic and although the rooms start to be very dated, they are kept rather well. We had two standard connecting rooms and one of them was upgraded to a junior suite, allowing us to have plenty of space with our baby. Staff at the reception and the concierge were attentive, helpful and friendly. The resort has a magnificent and vast garden: plenty of well managed greenery. The spa is unique and an absolute must try. We enjoyed dinner each evening at the pavilion, by the beach. Food was good and staff very friendly.

The hotel is big and communication wasn’t amazing. The WhatsApp service wasn’t always responsive and we were given incorrect times after booking a boat trip and we were expecting the cost to go on the room but when we arrived we were expected to pay then directly: all okay just would have been nice to be told. Rooms are clean but not spacious.

The pool and the gym / padel tennis facilities were great and easy to book.

Prices of the restaurants...Really overated! Restaurants are very good but prices i must admit that i never experienced a situation like this!
