Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaBring insect repellent with you. There's AC inside the bedroom, but it's open floor concept, so instead of enclosed room, there's an open garden bamboo that give you privacy but does not prevent mosquitos from coming in the living room area. Not wheelchair friendly. Rooms are separate by patio glass door. You can hear loud noise from boat passing by or jet ski rental sometime.
Love the private patio overlooking the lagoon. You can see sunset and sunrises from the patio. You can see fishes right in the water. We also saw stingray. There's no restaurant at the bungalow, but you can order food from front desk. There's a common bar area and common game room if you don't want to stay in your room. The decoration is very spa like with in-door pond. There's a market and food places within walking distance from the bungalow. Tour will come pick-up from this location.

The location is beautiful, right on the water. The decor and the lounges are very beautiful. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

United KingdomThe only "issue" we encountered was that the staff forgot to top up our tea and coffee so we had to ask for our tea and coffee to be topped up a few days into our stay. They were very quick and responsive when we asked so it wasn't really a problem at all
Beautifully decorated and comfortable surroundings. The attention to detail was incredible making you feel that you truly were in paradise. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

New ZealandThe stay was pricey for the fact that it didn't include free use of kayaks (was around 1000 CPF/hour). Kayaking around wasn't as easy as we expected. There's many rocks/coral around the hotel's water which makes it tricky to get out/come back.
Absolutely amazing room and stay. Everything is beautifully decorated and we had more amenities than we needed (coffee machine, 2 mini-fridges, kettle, toaster, etc.). The deck out onto the water was bliss and we wanted to spend as much time as possible there. The staff even let us stay in the common areas and deck past our checkout.

The variety of public lounges were eclectically decorated. It Turku felt like we were in paradise. There was plenty of outdoor areas for swimming in the lagoon. United States of AmericaThere were a lot of tiny bugs that bit us down by the waterfront, but I guess that's part of being on a tropical island. It was off-season, so the hotel was very quiet, which was nice and relaxing, but almost a little too quiet for us. We had a garden view room which had a little outdoor kitchen and covered patio. We wish the patio had a ceiling fan to give us a little relief from the heat and humidity.
The hotel grounds were incredible. It was like walking through a lush jungle that opened up to the beautiful oceanfront. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and uniquely furnished. It was a very nice, relaxing place.

GermanyThis is a very small (5 bungalows as far I know) hotel and ours was just beautiful. The entire place is very tastefully decorated (mixture of local and European styles) and just the thing of you adore beautiful surroundings. There is a large deck right over the lagoon with more than enough sunbeds, tables for all the guests (no fighting over the best sunbeds necessary). The shallow reef is wonderful for snorkelling, with corals and fish right there. In the evening, sharks and stingrays swim by. There are also kayaks and snorkelling gear for rent - a popular stingray spot is not far away. The location is beautiful and the deck means boat excursions can drop you off or pick you up right there. There is one well-stocked general store nearby and nice restaurants doing delivery. Staff was amazing, too! And the wifi was about the fastest in all the islands.

United States of AmericaWe were disappointed that we were not able to book any tours through the host Eileen. It’s best to book boat rides and tours ahead of your stay.
Located in a nice part of Moorea. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The common areas were lovely and it was a treat to watch the manta rays and sharks at night. You need a car to get around because taxis are expensive and restaurants and beaches are too far to walk. The kayaks were a welcome addition as we were able to get across to the motu (island).

We knew this hotel would be nice from the pictures we saw online but in reality is even better and nicer. The location has some amazing views and it is in a private neighbourhood. Our room was called Reva and it had a nice terrace with a minibar, microwave, fridge and even a blender which was so useful for our morning fresh pineapple juices. the hotel has an impressive garden, terrace and beach facing the lagoon. Also, it is very well maintained and has an exquisite decor. Eileen, the lady who runs the hotel is lovely and always looking after the guests. she sells very good quality products at the reception. We will come back ome day and we highly recommend this hotel :). thank you Eileen.

FranceNothing really, everything was exceptional
There are no words to explain how beautiful this place is. The owner Eileen has put great amount of efforts to turn this place into a True Paradise. The garden is magnificent, full of trees and flowers, little ponds, and the smell of the flowers and the gentle sound of the shells touched by the breeze. Eileen and her staff are so nice, they welcome us so warmly with nice cocktails that we had during the sunset time. Eileen (owner) made a tour of the place, and she was helping with everything during our stay, booking restaurants for us, transfers, etc. The interior is a piece of art. Our room was amazing, one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. The whole house is decorated with so much taste and attention to the details. And people running the place are so friendly and gentle. I so didn't want to leave! I cannot think of anything that could have been done better!
