There as a smell noticed from the toilet & pipes, but we just shut the toilet door and it didn’t worry our stay

The beach out front is very beautiful, the upstairs room we stayed in was air conditioned in the bedroom which was great. Staff were very quick to help out when we had trouble working out how to use it. Having the washing machine and dryer was excellent

The row of bushes in front of the bungalow needs to be trimmed shorter as it blocks too much of the water view. Providing fresh beach towels daily for the beachfront bungalow guests. For the cost of the beachfront bungalow, some “starter” Nespresso pods, dishwasher pods and a laundry pod is not asking too much. The fan in the living room does nothing to move the air and cool the room even at it’s highest speed. Most basic ceiling fans have much higher power to move the air. Information on exiting the property with a car was not given so it took 2 days to realize there was another way out. Very difficult to locate the beach bungalow in the dark upon check-in! There are NO numbers posted or lights! The large frying pan is warped in the middle so that nothing cooks evenly - only around the outer edges. Salt & pepper would be a nice amenity to provide and costs little. We had to eat all of our food unseasoned.

Location and bungalow are wonderful, spacious and very clean! Love the big, covered deck area as well. Lightweight, high quality outdoor furniture is like new and very nice! map and instructions for the property should include information on driving in and out of the property.

There was no basics items in the kitchen on arrival ( tea, coffee, salt & pepper) which would have been nice to have for your arrival. When you are travelling from overseas this makes a huge difference. Kitchen items were a little odd, 1 pot but lots of baking pans ☹️. Blanket in bedroom wardrobe looked dirty & stained.

Accomodation photos on website looked much better than what it was actually. We had a garden view apartment which are a little tired. The view from your outdoor area is just looking into the back of the apartment in front of you, so not much of a garden view. The units did have full kitchen & full laundry. Outdoor furniture was good. A short walk through the property to a nice beach which wasn’t too busy. Close to a few restaurants & pharmacy.

Would be good to arrange transfers from ferry / airport at better rate than taxi. Also good to have bikes on site so we can use it immediately.

Location, beach shared with the one from the Tipinier, wonderful lagoon. Apartment was spacious and comfortable with a large terrace. It had all equipments including wasmachine and dishwasher. Close from shops, Resto and supermarket.

It would be great to have air-conditioning in the main living area (cause it's so hot), but we understand that FP has the some of the most expensive electricity charges in the world so being able to at least retreat to the main bedroom was nice.

Awesome location!! Short walk to the beach for swimming and direct access to really good snorkeling. Close to supermarkets and cafes\restaurants. Book ahead to ensure you get a spot over at Coco Beach for lunch and drinks - it is spectacular.

My biggest complaint, if you can call it that, is that only the bedroom is air conditioned. That seemed crazy to us and it was hot at night if you wanted to eat or watch tv. I don’t understand why the other rooms are not. The roosters crow at early hours and go on for awhile but they are all over the island as are dogs which lay in the road. It would have been nice to be closer to the beach too, but it seems they are all house rentals operated by Airbnb we were told. The shower water was adequate but could have been a little hotter. We were told that our room would be cleaned on Friday (we arrived on Tuesday and stayed through the following week. We talked to some people staying there and they had their linens, towels, toilet paper refreshed, however ours never was cleaned or replenished. We had to go to office a few times for our own toilet paper etc. The tv says it has Netflix but we couldn’t get that to work so everything was in French and we couldn’t watch anything. It would have been nice to have a late check out as our ferry was at 5 pm and we were sandy, but new people arrived and were in before 2 pm. When we arrived, we were told to have lunch as we couldn’t check in till 2 pm. But all in all we loved our stay.

It sits on the prettiest beach in all of Moorea. The a/c in the bedroom was great. Lots of room and comfortable bed. Bathroom has a large shower. Double sinks in bathroom. Kitchen was very well equipped but, we only did breakfasts there. Liked having outside shower to wash off. It was also nice to have a deck to sit on with loungers and table and chairs. Loved having a security door that went down over glass doors at night. Furniture was comfy. Big tv. Loved proximity to Coco Beach, scuba, snorkeling, kayaking. Water was warm and gorgeous color. We were given a cottage with an upstairs, but we didn’t have to use it.

The bungalow was lovely but unbearably hot even with all fans running. Thank goodness the one bedroom has air conditioning but you can’t cool the entire unit as it is open construction. Also bugs can fly in so I had to confide myself to bedroom. No way could someone sleep in the loft as it is very hot even at night.

Location is great with beach and water activities very close.

Minor items: it would have been nice to have some basic items such as salt and pepper available, as well as a dish towel for drying dishes that were washed by hand as well as more than one dish cloth. Some of the fixtures such as towel or toilet paper bars and mirrors could use some maintenance but overall it wasn’t an issue. The biggest disappointment was all of the boats anchored at the beach and scattered about, taking away from the beautiful view and coming in and out of the swimming area. Some were cautious, others were not.

Proximity to beach was fantastic, the beach was beautiful and well maintained, the rooms were well cleaned and comfortable. Check in and out was a breeze. Also appreciated the beach towels.
