The latch to switch from tap to shower was faulty (but i managed to stuff something in between to hold it in place). Also, there was a wedding on one of the days and the kids were being a bit loud. But other than that, it was a wonderful stay!

LOVE everything about the property. Short walking distance from Joaan metro, has awesome amenities (eg sauna, indoor pool, jacuzzi, steam room, gym), 2 awesome restaurants (and a wide range outside esp since there is a mall nearby), the rooms are EXTREMELY clean and spacious, hotel staff are warm and friendly too!

Room is a bet old and not that clean we found chewing gum in the floor and some stain in wash basin and I booked for 2 but only one robe and slippers available in the room i don't want to call coz it take time I just go out and luckily I found one staff with trolley, I couldn't tell him what I need as he is busy talking to someone in the phone I wait for 2minutes in front of him and I ask for bathrobe and slipper .

Breakfast is amazing there's a lot choices,. Location is perfect it's accessible to the city.

The breakfast was very poor. For such a nice hotel, the options were limited. The coffee machine was ‘broken’ (Although the lights were on so not sure what was happening there’ They didn’t have any other ‘milk’ options other than full fat (no almond, oat milk or anything like that) When i went to the egg station and asked for poached eggs he just said they didn’t have that option, even though there was a pot with water in it directly behind him on the stove! Maybe he didn’t know how to cook them or just couldn’t be bothered. For me, the breakfast was the most important part as i was competing in a fitness competition so i needed a good breakfast

Overall it was a fantastic hotel. Staff were really great and attentive, rooms were beautiful. The whole experience was very good.

Neighbors was talking loud, and partying till late night, tv volume super loud. After we Called reception complaining, it stopped. The Breakfast for a 5 star hotel should have more variety, but the experience is totally worth it !

Just one incident the hostess at the breakfast buffet, whose name I didn't get, was a bit off with her attitude. The way she approached me made me reconsider paying for the rest of my stay for the breakfast buffet. After that, my mood during breakfast was really not happy. However, the rest of the staff there and the food were great.

I stayed for 6 days, and everything was excellent. I was thoroughly satisfied with their service and would highly recommend staying at this hotel. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Very impolite (rude) one lady at the reception (she was from China or other country from far Asia). Unfortunatelly she was making a check-in and check-out for us. We requested a quiet room - she gave us a room on the 6th flor just under the SPA center with terrible noise form jacuzzi. Additionally she requested a quite high deposit for a stay in the hotel, which was not mentioned in the booking confirmation. After her boss intervention deposit was canceled. During the check-out she requested us to wait for 15 minutes for the room verification - just like we would try to steal someting from the room. This gave us a terrible impression about this hotel. We also stayed in other hotel The Avenue, where the guest treatment was exceptionally good, much better than in Millennium.

Clean and decent hotel, staff are all pleasant. Special mention to Abdaal who’s professional and shared enough information about the hotel. Location is great too
