The place is amazing. Has one of the best infinity pools and views in Hammamat. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Being in an-adult only hotel, gives you a feeling of relaxation and enjoyment. Highly recommended for couples

The construction next door was an eye sore. Most visible from the Spa pool. The Gazebos at beach need a bit of touch up and love.

Charming 5 star service throughout. The hotel chauffeur was absolutely amazing driving us to all our destinations courteously. Lovely facility.

The shower wasn’t in its own room or had a door to close, so anyone in the room can walk past to see you showering. Is awkward when you’re on holiday with a friend or parents instead of a partner.

The staff were a highlight to this hotel. They were incredibly friendly, attentive and accommodating. The hotel itself is beautiful. The walkway entrance was breathtaking. The room was a decent size, had the necessary utilities. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good. There wasn’t a lot of meal varieties, but heaps of pastry, cakes, sweets to choose from.

Only con is that, room services brought us cold burger after waiting 40mins.

We loved everything. The staff are amazing, especially the lady at the front desk. She changed our room and gave us an amazing one with pool and beach view. Five star breakfast with very welcoming and polite staff. Housekeeping girls did a fantastic job. Hotel itself is beautiful and spotless. We'll be back. Spa and gym are clean and not that busy so you can enjoy a good workout or relaxation time.

It's a little far from the main part of Hammamet (50 min walk)

There was nothing that I didn't like.

I loved the suite with a heated pool. The view was just breathtaking and the staff could not have been more friendly and obliging The hotel was so clean. Quiet, peaceful stay in a lovely setting

Lack of towel hangers.

The warmth of the staff and readiness to help. I think this makes such a difference in every hotel. The spa facilities are nice. The pool are beautiful. Breakfast had lots of healthy and fresh options. And I loved the coffee machine in the room.

Restaurant has a low quality/price ratio. There are alternatives around the city though. Besides the room and the pool, there is nothing much to do. Except maybe if you visited for the Spa experience which we have not tried ourselves. Maybe it's time to paint/remodel the outside? it does not really match the somewhat luxurious inside.
