The owners are super friendly and really want you to have an amazing time! They are happy to help you with whatever you need and make the most of your stay. It was super clean and the location is great, close to the beach and also good to get around Cape Cod. We had an amazing time and even extended for one more night, and would always come back!

South Yarmouth was a place to stay while we were visiting with family. It was a great location. Folks were very friendly -- especially the checker at Job Lots. Much was closed for the winter, but all the necessities were close. I would recommend the Whydah Museum for older kids.

Good "setting off" location to see Cape Cod.
Good "setting off" location to see Cape Cod. We drove the length of the Cape - also easy to make boat trip to Martha's Vineyard.
Not that many shops/restaurants in the immediate area, but we found the local stop-and-shop very useful (and the liquor store!).
The South Yarmouth beach is really perfect to walk along; endless sand, big sky, not that many people about.

Enjoyed red jacket resort but 25 a night for parking was a bit much, Booked with booking .com and after getting home I did read the fine print that told me that. Crazy to pay to park no matter how you book it, not impressed that we were not informed at check in. Requested
ground floor but first night was 2nd floor. no elevator. I cannot do stairs due to arthritis in knees and ankles. Luckily we were able to change to a ground floor room. Microwave in the room would be awesome so you can eat your take home dinner ,A real coffe maker , not kurig would be nice. But in all we enjoyed the resort

Although it was off-season, there were still businesses open, including a wonderful Irish pub, O'Shea's. The food was amazing and there is Irish music every Saturday night, I can't wait to return!!! There's a public beach just down the road a bit, maybe a 5 min drive, which was nice for a walk. People are very friendly too. I like the off-season - much less crowded.

Room 16 was spotless clean. But is dated property.
Room 16 was spotless clean. But is dated property. Stench of cleaner/disinfectant residue was overpowering. Plastic, springy, squeaky bed was intolerable. Outdoor pool is unheated, unfiltered with plenty of organic material floating on it.
Disgusted with my decision to stay at Escape Inn. Called it a pre-paid loss, promptly left property and found another hotel to stay the night.
Buyer beware!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Escape Inn.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Escape Inn. The managers were very kind and helpful and were eager to take care of any needs that we had.
Our room was spotless and although small, was very bright and nicely furnished. If ever in the area again, we would not hesitate to stay here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, well-run establishment.
Great spot right on the beach. Beach is nice. Good sand. A lot of shells and seaweed though but it's still nice.
Room was plenty big and the kitchenette was a nice bonus.
Bathroom was clean.
Courtyard is very nice for gathering. Pool was warm.
Chairs and umbrella availability free were convenient.
Restaurant referral/coupon was nice. We tried it and had great lobster dishes.
The breakfast was excellent great variety and very neat and clean. The grounds were different than most of the other hotels and motels it had trees, plants, and grass which made it more appealing. The pool was one of the cleanest I have ever seen. The owners were very nice and accommodating. Would definitely go back.
The rooms looked like they had been recently modernised and had some nice touches to make life easier, e g. Phone charging point next to the bed, modern TV, fridge in room. It was quiet during our stay but the hotel was not full. Good tips from the owner where to go.
The hotel was centrally located to every place we wanted to visit within 15-30 minutes. Our son and daughter in law stayed over one of the nights for a very minimal price, which made it easier for them not to have to drive home after a wonderful dinner.
The host, Carol, seemed like a nice person; she and the staff were friendly. The shower area was nice. South Yarmouth doesn't have much to offer, but it's location does allow you to get to other parts of Cape Cod easily.
The location is excellent, near so many activities and places such as restaurants and mini golf. The hotel is so clean and comfy, didn’t want to leave. We return every year and it’s the exact same, we love it!!
Great value for money and super helpful staff. The location is phenomenal (right on the beach) and there is a nice warm outdoor pool. Rooms were really big and clean.
Easy location to explore the island from.
I liked that it was steps away from the beach and
not far from Hyannis.
The resort has an indoor and an outdoor pool and
gave towels. They also put umbrellas and chairs
on the beach.
I liked the location. Right on the beach and close to Hyannis. We enjoyed breakfast in their restaurant. We also enjoyed the food outside on the patio, and the drinks at the bar
