Big comfortable bed in a very spacious room. Super friendly & helpful staff. Great location in the old town with lots of good cafe's and restaurants within walking distance. The basic breakfast served quickly and with a smile was a bonus. Much better than the average budget hotel in Chiang Mai.

Good location in Old City, close to a 7/11 and some nice restaurants. Room was spacious and aircon worked fine. For a budget hotel it ticks all the boxes, would recommend.
