I liked the efficiency in their service, hospitality was at another level. A special thanks to the following staff members from the Ayla Bawadi Hotel for making my marriage proposal setup a huge success: Hazem (the manager), John, Trixie, Faisal and Emma. The hotel is beautiful and the check-in was perfect. We had dinner in their restaurant and the buffet was perfect. We even got a discount. The room is really large and we received a bowl of fruit as a gift, with a handwritten card. That was very nice. Breakfast buffet was perfect too.

Ayla Hotel is centrally located in Al Ain City within a Community Mall. It offers contemporary guest rooms, specious suites and large ballroom.

I stayed at Oryx Grand Hotel Jabal Hafeet with my family and rented two rooms. The staff was wonderful, especially the employee Sarah, who provided excellent service. The location is very beautiful in terms of the view and cleanliness, and the check-in process was smooth. However, I have a few comments: - There is no breakfast included with the booking, and the meal prices are quite high. - The towels and bedding in the room were old. Despite these comments, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to a future trip to the same hotel. Thank you
