We were upgraded to suit from premium. Room was big and clean. Unfortunately I dont know the name of the representative on desk, but he was sooooo helpful and kind. We travelled by car so we were very tired + hungry so we expressed our concerns about spa a bit roughly (you cant go together as a couple because the spa is separate for man and women) but he managed everything great and made our stay amazing. All the staff were great actually

We really liked this hotel. The room was very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The bed and pillows are comfortable and sheets are clean.The shower is great, except the water doesn't drain very quickly. The room is very quiet. Breakfast is amazing with Americano coffee or tea, eggs, fruit, bread, cheese, meats, yogurt. Air conditioning works well, we didn't use the wifi. The location is good. A 12-15 minute walk to the main square and for us, it was a pleasant walk. It is a really good value especially with the breakfast.

Our stay in Armenia was made memorable thanks to Arus, David, and their daughter. They are incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Arus, in particular, was very caring and attentive, she greeted us with tea and sweets. Everything in the house was spotless, the bed comfortable, and the room spacious and bright. There's also a cosy shared kitchen with everything you might need. The location is excellent, close to the train station and a short walk to the center, in a peaceful street. They also offered breakfast and laundry service at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

The hotel is a fantastic concept and idea! The room was spotless clean, the staff was nice, helpful and warming. Breakfast is delicious and in a very nice and welcoming space. The mere prospect of seeing up close how your money is being used should make everyone want to stay at this hotel. We loved it and, should we go back to Gyumri, we will definitely stay here again.

I have loved everything about this apartment. It's very characteristic (dark bricks and wood as it's everywhere in gyumri) and all brand new. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the area is perfect. The host was very nice and responsive to all my message, he really cared a lot that my stay was going well and checked if I needed anything extra. I felt home and I hope one day to come back there! Just keep in mind that there is a big dog at the entrance, but he's very calm and tied up so it won't bother you at all, just some barks as you get in.
