When I arrived at midnight, very tired having had a bad start to my day it just got worse, the young lady who was on duty that night, understood what a day I had had , the straw came when my travel card was rejected so she took me over to the ATM machine so I could withdraw cash, she was brilliant, because I was so tired and stressed I could never have done that without her help.

The PlayStation and pool table for the kids was supercool. The massage chair for the adults was amazing and they had a communal kitchen with vending machines. Perfect location, not far off the motorway.
