I enjoyed the many breakfast options in the large and very organised kitchen. The location is lovely and only 13 minute walk to the Main Street and even less to the beaches. I had the same luxury feeling at Balcombe Retreat as at the 5 star hotel in Bahrain a few years ago. Trudy and Sam also helped me with anything and everything I asked them about and needed done!

Communication was clear and prompt. Property was clean and well presented, just as advertised. Little touches on arrival like music playing, lights on and aircon switched on was very welcoming. I would definitely book here again.

The location was good as well as the scenery. The hotel had two single beds and 1 double bed which is perfect for a family trip!

The cabin was really neat and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need for cooking. There was a bbq and a very cute deck for our morning coffee.

Surrounded by 2.5 acres of native gardens and parkland, Frankston Motel features a swimming pool, tennis court and BBQ area. All rooms offer a kitchenette and a flat-screen TV.

Everything. It was really just a base for us for our plans that we had. Had a great stay. Owners were very friendly and accommodating, we were arriving late, and they kindly left the door open and key in property for us.
