The hotel is very new condition, nice design, nice view-facing the famous giant panda figure and staff are friendly. Especially Anya, who does an introduction to us in souvenir store which attached to the hotel. The breakfast varieties are good and food is delicious. Worth the money and enjoying their services!

Everything, especially very helpful executive lounge staff. Definitely my choice for coming to Chengdu again. Better than St Regis a couple off street away where I had not a great experience.

The hotel is very conveniently located, very close to the metro station, and the facilities are very good value for money. The service of the hotel staff is very good, very enthusiastic, and also upgraded me to a suite. Recommend to friends who are going to Chengdu.

I enjoyed staying at Kempinski in Chengdu. Lovely hotel, great spacious, modern and clean rooms. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I was not impressed with swimming pool and spa area but I still would come back here next time. In my opinion it's one of the best hotels in the city alongside The Ritz Carlton and The Temple House.

Living here is very comfortable. This place is easy to find, with convenient transportation and friendly service from the store. The rooms are clean and tidy, which is not bad and worth recommending.

This hotel is adorable and in a fantastic location. The staff is super helpful and even ordered us a taxi and because we didn't have our apps set up yet, they paid for our cab so we could get to a cell phone store to get service. The resturaunt is delicious with some of the best food we had on our trip. The air conditioner was ice cold and the shower water was hot. The beds were comfortable and we had great pillows. The courtyard was cozy and comfortable.
