I think the thing i liked the most was the kindness and support i got from Miss Xei (i don't know if its correctly written sorry 😂) she was 200% helpful, kind, always thoughtful and helped a lot building my plan in the park! Even helped me find so really good typical restaurants! Thank you so very much! I couldn't do it without you! I'm just so sorry i could not say goodbye personally!

I had an absolute blast staying at Wallys, which contributed to creating a truly memorable experience for my trip on top of the sightseeings. - Amazing hospitality. While there are plenty of Zhangjiajie itineraries online, they can't beat the sharing from a local like Wally from routes to avoid crowds and insider hikes. He handdrew a very detailed 2day route map with many options to cater to my needs. Wally was also super helpful attending to all my questions and arranging for ticket purchases (with discount). Also i learnt a lot from the lovely chat abt his experience growing up in the area and managing the hostel. - Convenient location, less than 5mins walk to main gate, accessible to all shops and restaurants. - Affordable price and truly value for money (in no way will your experience be compromised).

The room environment was excellent, the butler service was very thorough, and it was very close to the east gate of the forest park. All services were good. It was a very satisfactory trip. They upgraded the room type for free.

Heh, just got back from our stay and WOW, these folks really know how to make you feel welcomed, eh? ​Right after booking, they reached out ​super politely​ to confirm everything and even ​offered a smooth airport pickup​ (nice black SUV, on time and comfy!), which set a fantastic tone. The level of ​genuine care​ here is something else. We loved how the ​whole staff, especially our dedicated ​butler team, went above and beyond. They weren't just 'fixing things'; they were ​actively helpful and friendly, chatted with us about what we fancied doing (hikes, shows, tours), sorted out ​all our tickets, and booked ​exactly the rides we needed, hassle-free. It felt seamless and personal, not fussy or over-the-top, which we really appreciated. But seriously, the ​pool area? Gorgeous!​​ Huge, sparkling clean, and surrounded by stunning mountain views – honestly felt like a ​hidden gem right here in Zhangjiajie!​​ Perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. You gotta see it! Breakfast was spot on too – great variety, fresh, and plenty of Timmy's-style coffee fixings (a real plus for us Canucks!). All in all, just a ​top-notch, genuinely friendly, and incredibly ​relaxing stay. ​Couldn't recommend it more highly.​​ Felt like a true ​​"home away from home"​​ with some serious ​pampering when we wanted it.​​ Major kudos to the entire team for getting it so right. ​Will definitely be back!​

Great Stay with Convenient Location The breakfast was absolutely fantastic—we really enjoyed every bite of it! What stood out most was the unbeatable location: it’s super close to both Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area and Zhangjiajie Airport, which saved us so much time on transportation. The property is in a perfect location, in a quiet area close to the South Gate of the park. We got a really nice room, spacious with a very comfortable bed. Swimming pool is huge with a nice and cozy garden around it. Dinner was very good and freshly cooked, one of the best meals of our stay in China. The owners are very kind and they drove us to the entrance park multiple days. I definitely recommend this hotel, hope to be back soon.
