Lovely pool and sauna area. Very friendly staff who accommodated every wish. For example making a breakfast package because we had to leave before the buffet opened

The pincode for entry did not work and nobody was reachable by phone ! The 24 hour phone number was switched off - really super service !!! I want my money back !!!
