Very good position with view from the balcony towards the garden with many types of palms and very well taken care of. The room was big enough, very clean and with attention to small details like natural flowers. The food was amazing, very tasty, great variety of choice and with local products. Personal was always polite, professional and client oriented. There were entertaining activities like local dancing or harp and guitar live music. Overall great atmosphere with peace and tranquility, perfect for relaxing.

It was a great spot, nice beach just across the street, lots of grocery and restaurant options nearby. Balcony was fantastic to sit and enjoy our morning coffees before starting the day. Host was great, easy to communicate with, gave us great info.

I have never stayed in such a well-equipped holiday home! Usually you have the basics to survive for 24 hours, but we were left with washing powder, toilet rolls for the whole stay, shampoo/shower gel, dishwasher tablets. It was amazing and very welcome! The house had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. Parking is on the street outside and we never had trouble finding anywhere. The location is slightly too far and up a very steep hill to realistically walk into town from, but this wasn't an issue for us. There was a nice restaurant nearby too and supermarkets nearby by car. It really was a quiet haven of peace to escape to and the pool was also fantastic. Communication was excellent with the hosts.

Very nice, clean appartement. Exactly as shown on the photos. Fully equipped with everything you can need - there was even coffee and washing powder. The location is perfect- near a shopping mall and the most pictoresque beach in Puerto de La Cruz. The windows are not facing the ocean but the cliff, but its is very green, besides it gives you privacy and because it is the fourth floor, it is not dark. At night it was very quiet. The staff nice and helpful. Overall if you are looking for accomodation on the north of the island highly recommend.

The villa is very well located in a quiet, stylish, and well-kept area. There is a big terrace with a beautiful view. We had a wonderful stay in this villa! It is very clean and cozy. The hosts were extremely friendly; they greeted us personally and explained everything about the villa, as well as a little about the country itself. As a welcome, we received lovely gifts such as wine, coffee, fruit, and sweets. It was a very thoughtful gesture, and we truly appreciated the attention. The villa itself is well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable holiday, including Wi-Fi and all other essentials. Every single detail was carefully considered. We felt very comfortable here during our 8-day stay—just like at home. We all slept very well and deeply. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a pleasant and well-located place to stay in Puerto de la Cruz.
