A very comfortable private hotel in a quiet neighbourhood, yet very close to the autoroute A20. The room was very modern, brightly decorated, with an excellent walk-in shower, and separate WC. In addition, there is a wonderful restaurant in the grounds of the hotel, serving excellent food at good prices

We arrived on a Monday when the restaurants were all closed. There was the option of a simple dinner in the hotel, reasonably priced and delivered to our table. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. All the staff were lovely, welcoming and helpful.

A recently renovated villa set in Saint-Doulchard, Domaine de Veauce proche de Bourges features a garden. The air-conditioned accommodation is 4.5 km from Bourges Station.
