Great location near to kendal centre and other lake district attractions. excellent room and perfect choice of breakfast options. Staff were so friendly. Sorry missed the pool and spa due to chest infection

The property was set in a peaceful location with lots of wonderful walks to be experienced. The property was clean and comfortable and had everything needed. The host left a lovely basket with cake, crisp and Prosecco which was lovely. The host checked in to make sure we were ok too. Lots of games,books,tea,coffee,sugar, condiments and even milk when we arrived. It really did feel like a home from home, we didn’t want to go home.

With open log fires and beautiful oak beams, Damson Dene Hotel features a beautiful landscaped gardens, a traditional restaurant and is home to the Lakeland Model Village.

Beautiful hotel, views from rooms, terrace and the surrounding area are second to none. All staff we had interactions with were helpful, informative and very friendly. The rooms are great, comfortable beds and the hot tub was a great addition. No issues with meals, very flavorful and definitely worth their prices.
