I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. What impressed me the most was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The reception team went above and beyond to assist me, especially when I needed a taxi. Despite the taxi booking system requiring a reference phone number, they used the hotel’s number, making the process hassle-free for me. The hotel's location is ideal—close to the Stadium of Light and not far from the station. The restaurant also served a delicious dinner meal, adding to the positive experience. Additionally, I accidentally left my bag at the hotel lobby, and the reception promptly took care of it, ensuring it was safe until I returned. Their professionalism and attention to detail made my stay much more comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional customer service, convenient location, and welcoming atmosphere.

The lady on reception at weekend was genuinely lovely. We arrived for a wedding and couldn't have been nicer re help for taxis etc and when we checked out asked how the wedding was etc, nice attention and good quality of service
