1. Location. Right in the centre of the city. Near the Colchid fountain. Walking distance from main attractions and bars. 2. Comfort. Cosy (and warm, very important in December) room with big comfy bed, private shower and toilet, and you can use the fridge, microwave, stove, located in a small kitchen near the entrance. TV has Android TV so YouTube, Netflix or whatever app you need you can download. 3. Nino is a wonderful host! Very friendly, very helpful, very charming! Knows all about the city, can help you with advise or help you book a sightseeing trip or taxi. Can tell you a lot about where to go and places to visit. Overall, a great experience!
