Friendly staff, comfortable room, beautiful swimming pool, good food, amazing beach nearby (that you reach by 5 minute shuttle). Only downside: the sunbeds on the beach could use cushions, that would have been more comfortable.

Lovely family business, good location close to all main beaches, nice view from room looking at pool/beach, lovely breakfast nook & breakfast choices. The kids enjoyed also the pool. We had a relaxed time staying there with my man and two kids! Thank you Giorgo & Xristina & family!

I had a great time there with the welcoming staff that were always friendly, polite and helpful. The rooms are well equipped and they have a degree of finish/polish not common in Greece. The breakfast area has an excellent view. Even though some construction in town limited access to the hotel, the staff went out of their way and offered to give me a ride towards my car and carry my bags. I wish them success in their business.

Super polite staff. All spaces were exceptionally clean. The beach is a few minutes walk away just in font of the hotel. Long beach clean water.

The location is amazing! The view from the terrace is great and we enjoyed looking at the starry sky. The road to the house is bumpy at points but it is not an issue if driving slowly. The house is fully equipped with high end appliances and there was also a portable grill for bbqs! It’s was clean and well kept!

With sea views, Kotroni Villas is set in Finikounta and has a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk, bar, garden, outdoor fireplace and children's playground.

Pana and his wife are the perfect hosts, very worm and welcoming people! Our villa was spotless clean, with everything we needed, the breakfast was delicios and different every morning and the view from the balcony was simply breathtaking! We hope to return someday!
