The staff was very kind and helpful, they recommended the best beaches in our area and also helped us find a trustful tire repair shop (we got a flat tire on our way to Greece, be careful on the highways of Macedonia). They speak english and german very well and are very attentive to the customer's needs. The location of Sarti Plaza is near the beach and also near the city center of Sarti, so it was really nice that we could go anywhere by foot. The streets of Sarti are full of taverns, restaurants and fast-food places, easily accessible from Sarti Plaza. We also loved the breakfast, the food was tasty and they had plenty of options for everyone- in the case that we wanted something else like fried/boiled eggs, they offered every morning to make it. The cherry on top for us were Mitza and the other two cats that facilitated the security of the place, day and night :)

We were one of the first guests and had opportunity to “open” the hotel on the first day. Personnel are very friendly and kind. There is heating swimming pool and bar. Apartment is clean and beautiful with sea view from both rooms. Everything is brand new. Breakfast is fantastic and very good prepared. In the restaurant you can also have a dinner which is also very professional prepared.
