I would slightly give it more than 10 because the house is fantastic and the host is friendly, nice and hassle-free :). Anyway, the house is huge and super equipped. plenty of space to sit outside, a large barbecue with a shelter. We also rented one of the smaller villas which are spacious and well-equipped. And best of all, a large, clean swimming pool with a wonderful view. The house is located off the beaten track in a quiet small village. Half an hour to the sandy beaches or the ferry to the island of Thasos. A stone's throw to the Nestos River Gorge. I highly recommend this place :)
