A smaller, modern hotel close to the sea, with a smaller private parking place. Hotel with quality air conditioning, wifi, spacious, I repeat spacious, room and balcony. There is an elevator in the hotel. There is also a mini fridge in the rooms. It includes an adjacent restaurant that was open for breakfast. Private beach nearby with sunbeds and umbrellas. Huge rocks prevent swimming near the shore. The bistro is right next to the beach. A quarter of an hour to the south is the city of Umag. Without hesitation, I award a full 10 points.

Everything was perfect, only entering the sea was difficult for my blind and disabled husband. The stairs and driveway to the sea were too slippery.
