Staff is polite and always helpful. Great location, and room with mountain views. It is best to enjoy this location with family or group of friends. If you’re planning to go for darshan, please allow extra time to reach the temple (20-40 minutes) or the market, as you need to walk after Imali Chowk. Ample parking space. Good food. Clean and spacious rooms, as well as overall place.

Hotel was neat and tidy, staff were pleasant. Helpful throughout. Shreenathji temple is 10min walk from the Hotel. Bus/ Coach stand is also 10min. After checkout we were allowed to keep our luggage till end of day without charge at the reception by a friendly and courteous staff.

The resort is beautifully designed with lovely quiet green spaces. The view from the balcony was serene and we loved looking at the lake. The little plunge pools felt luxurious. It was an easy walk to a very interesting 11th Century temple which we enjoyed exploring. The food was great too.
