Josie is the best receptionist in the world. I’ve never met someone who enjoys her job as much as Josie! The restaurant and his staff were incredible and the guys parking the car were very efficient. The barmen were super attentive and the drinks were great.

Our room - we suspect we had an upgrade in room 18 unless that is a classic room. The welcome and welcome drinks. The sundowners on the terrace was a wonderful experience. The boat trip was great as was dinner and breakfast. Hotel grounds and gym.

True luxury at all levels. Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff giving guests the right attention. Excellent food in all restaurants. Gourmet dinner was really really great. Top location with an extraordinary view especially from the infinity cool which was heated. Shuttle service available which is a great added value. Everything about our stay at this hotel was perfect. I was in awe of the view of the coast and the historic church which still played music and was worth a visit in itself. The staff were beyond helpful, to the point that they would help us cross the road when we left to go for a walk. Food was delicious and the spa experience was a relaxing end to our 2.5week holiday in Italy. Would love to visit here again. Additionally, I work in sustainability in Australia, this hotel impressed me with all the practices they had in place to ensure they were being environmentally friendly.
