Flexible check in, beautiful room and view. The Maisonette room had one double bed and two singles upstairs (same room!), so there are two separate sleeping areas. Very comfortable. Even had a small kitchen corner. Buffet breakfast is perfect, delicious, I'm still thinking about it 12 hours later 😩😋. We could communicate via WhatsApp, but the number was different which I have found on the internet. Thank you for everything!

I loved everything about my stay. From the minute I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and the sauna, wellness and relaxation facilities are exceptional. I am gluten free and had so many options. It is the perfect base for exploring the Dolomites.

Breakfast was not available at the time of our stay (the hotel was still closed, like the majority of the hotels in Sappada), but this was informed in advance. During check inn they provide us list of all bar, restaurants and market open during the period of our stay. The chalet is fantastic, located in a great position. The sauna and whirlpool are the additional touch that elevate the stay from superb to exceptional.

The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. The hotel is very clean and it seems to be recently renovated. The food is really tasteful and diverse. We enjoyed our ski vacation at the maximum.

Truly amazing host! Perfect location, and for the price, this place is an absolute gem. Everything was comfortable, clean, and welcoming. I’d definitely stay again!
