The location is amazing, the room quality and facilities far exceeded even my best expectations and the value for money is more than great. The hotel is peaceful, incredibly clean, with many free amenities and located on top of the main Chiba train station with great connections pretty much everywhere. As a bonus, there are a mall and a food court integrated into the station and the nearest party streets with karaoke, eateries and bars are only a few minutes away. The location is truly premium. There is also a 24-hour convenience store right next to the 2nd floor hotel entrance. And the staff were all incredibly polite and kind! Truly amazing.

The breakfast was pretty basic but definitely enjoyed! Definitely loved the on site amenities including massage gaming rooms washer/dryer. I absolutely loved that I had the ability to try different hair care products as well as any other items you'd need during your stay. I loved the drunk bar and the wine as well as the skincare and bath soaps/salts definitely staying again next time I'm in the area. Also loved that there was a staff that spoke English to help us out with any questions.

I did not expect that the hotel is big. Staffs are very accommodating. The place is near the Chiba station. The room is big and very comfortable. We had a great stay in this hotel.

The staff was awesome, they made our stay excellent. They have a shuttle for Disney and to the closest Subway station which make the transport easy. Also they set up our room for our baby, so the bed had baby security fences. The buffet was great and had several western plates that you can enjoy.

Nice and comfortable quiet room, with a good view. The room was clean and modern. The breakfast was really good (Occidental and Japanese). The staff was nice. The shuttle bus to come back from Disneyland in the evening was convenient. Check out at noon was also convenient. The bus station to go to Urayasu station was close to the hotel.
