I really loved the free bicycle rental service — riding around the area while seeing Mount Fuji was such a memorable experience! It's hard to describe how wonderful out stay at this property was. Fuji view right in front of us, open bath (onsen) with Fuji view again! Great staff, amazing atmosphere all around (no different from a gallery), super-friendly and helpful staff at bar as well. Their yukatas and kimono jackets were also fascinating. I mean, as I said, lots of words to describe but none of them would be enough. Just experience it yourself please.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They sent shuttle to pick us up. They also gave us good advice in around. The food was amazing and the portion was huge. The taste of food is good as well. We can see mt Fuji from our room on 2nd day of stay and it was amazing experience. We booked the room with half board. The value is great!! and If there is a chance to come back to this hotel again.
