A truly wonderful experience start to finish. We booked the twin room with private external bathroom (i.e an outdoor relaxation area with a hot tub fed from the hot spring water). When you walk into the room you feel instantly relaxed. Supreme luxury and comfort. Our breakfast and dinner were included, and it was absolute fine dining, some of the best food we have ever eaten (served up in our own private dining room!) The service was second to none, we felt absolutely spoiled every minute of our stay. An unforgettable experience.

I stayed at a japanese style room. The photos do not show how good the room was: it was really nice, with amazing views and a little balcony. I felt like being in a movie. The onsen is also super. They provide bufet style breakfast with lot of japanese food, I even tried natto. The staff is super friendly and helpful: everytime when I seemed to be lost somebody helped me without being asked, and it was never a problem that I don't know the local customs, somebody always told me how and what to do. I really enjoyed my stay there! The hotel has a minibus, and they give you a lift to/from the train station and the monkey park, which was also very lovely!

Everything!! The room was stunning with its private onsen where we could customize the water temperature while enjoying breathtaking panoramic views. The staff went above and beyond with their exceptional kindness and attentiveness. A special mention goes to the onsen lady! It was a pleasure communicating with her despite language barriers. Return to this same resort at Myoko after 2 years. What I like : 1. Near to several ski resorts 2. Provides transport to train station, to ski resorts, to dinner place 3. Onsen 4. Big Japanese room for 2 person (can fit 4) 5. Simple breakfast (new owners setting up). Kind of miss the Japanese type breakfast two year ago. 6. Can do dinner at resort 7. Nice drying and locker room for snow gears. 8. Quiet place for good night rest. 9. Discount lift tickets to Alpen Blick Ski resort that is few minutes away. New owners should run in the resort well this season and improve on the next season.
