This is a great hotel. It is very well located. The rooms are beautiful, large and well laid out. They are spotless and very comfortable. The staff are exceptional. They were very friendly and helped us when we needed help for a medical issue.

Public Onsen was Tatami floored and was fun experience. I am not a big fun of raw fish, but "Kaisen-don" which raw fish topped bowl rice was so delicious.

The rooms were spacious and clean and the view is amazing. We used the spa which was lovely and the pool and onsen are relaxing.

Very close to Oohato (大波止) tram station and a number of bus stations. A supermarket and shopping mall is just a few minutes away which is very convenient to buy supplies and drinks or fruits. Staff was very helpful. A bus stop of a free shuttle bus to ropeway station is just located at the entrance of the hotel. Breakfast was better than expected and delicious.

The room is spacious and tidy. Love the breakfast too! We enjoyed staying here. And the shopping centre is just opposite the hotel.
