The owner was super responsive. I have absolutely zero complaints about the accommodation. Spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortable. The location was perfect for walks into the old town, Miyagawa morning market, Takayama Jinya etc. The owner also operates a coin laundry just next door. With state of the art washing machines, it was super convenient.

The Inn is the nicest, best run hostel I've ever stayed in around the world. It has the best stocked kitchen and the staff is generous and helpful at all times. The bed and pillows were super comfortable too. There is a very unique traditional firepit room where meals are eaten and you can cook over the coals if you like.

Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel reply to our questions promptly. Breakfast was tasty and having local produce was excellent.Though we requested no room service, fresh towels and amenities were provided in front of our room. They were considerate in providing shoe dryer during rainy days. Location was close to train station.
