Super convenient for both the KTX train station and the airport. Excellent Korean breakfast buffet where even a vegetarian like me could get her tummy full enough to last most of the day. And such a comfortable room that I regretted only booking one night, and not being able to enjoy it more.

It is a very comfortable and clean hotel with spacious rooms and a very good location in the middle of the most lively part of the city and main shopping area with lots of restaurants. Even though we didn’t hear any noise from the street at all. It’s also near main tourist sights. There is also a nice running trail along the nearby river canal.

Dubai Hotel is located 700 metres south of Gwangju City Hall and 150 metres from 5.18 Memorial Park. The hotel offers private parking, 24-hour front desk services and free WiFi in all areas.

The deluex double room is big. It has a yacuzi-type bathtub with hydromassage. In addition to a desk, mirror, refrigerator, television, electric kettle...etc...very nice and complete. The hotel is quiet and the staff is very friendly. We love the room and the hotel. It is very close to the 5.18 park and a ten minute walk from the subway. The area has many bars and restaurants.

Prior to the Holiday Inn I stayed at a 4-star hotel in Seoul and a 3-star in Suwon, and based on the overall experience this is my favourite hotel to date!🤩 The staff were friendly and informative upon check-in, the room was superb and had everything I needed and more. It was the only hotel I've stayed in so far that has face cloths (flannels). I loved the art work and self-playing piano in the lobby, as well as the available eateries. So impressed with this hotel!

We booked two rooms. The wheelchair accessible room and the bathroom are barrier-free, with roll-in shower. However, wheelchair users should bring their own shower chairs and other support equipment as necessary. The standard room is also accessible to manual wheelchairs, with assistance. There is a low step into the bathroom (about 8 cm, refer to the photo). Once in, bathroom is accessible with a roll-in shower. All rooms are spacious and clean, each is big enough for two wheelchair users. The hotel has its own parking facilities, and the lobby is clean, professional and inviting. The staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is a generous spread (American/Korean) for the price.
